Form it.

You are scribbling on napkins, drawing on whiteboards, staying up late trying to put your big idea into words. You know where you want to go, but is it feasible? What’s the budget? How would you even start?

Finish it.

“Our great idea was underway, then grew, and is now stalled.” Analysis paralysis and scope creep can kill your momentum. You need someone to just “make it go”, finish the job, or simply perform some triage to get you to a minimum viable product.

Fix it.

Designed yourself into a corner? Need to grow beyond the limitations of your “Green field” ideation? We can help you take what worked, and identify the most efficient next steps to keep you growing your business.

Building a online tool connecting proprietary B2B systems to national technology platforms

Collaborating with this client’s subject matter experts, Oplidrome designed and built a patented, web-based sales tool that models the value proposition for an Internet of Things (IoT) product, highlighting the impact it has on local government partners through real-time data. This tool integrates customer-specific data with metric-setting, industry standard databases (ESRI and ArcGIS). The client can now show their customers exactly what their potential impact looks like, instead solely relying on case studies.

We also planned, built and manage the architecture and infrastructure for the continuous integration and updates to connected (IOT) hardware devices in the field using Amazon Web Services (AWS) and front-end IoT APIs.

Designing B2B multi-tenant architecture for a microservice management tool

The client needed to design a system that could be installed on multiple architectures, local and remote, and then bring information together in a secure, cloud-based, management and insight dashboard. Oplidrome came into the project during conceptualization, and then worked closely with the client to create the software requirements specification (SRS) and software architecture, refining the tool. Oplidrome continues to advise a multinational team in balancing the technology challenges from the implementation team against the business needs of the intended customer's needs.

Designing and building a scalable, B2C, online marketplace with everchanging products

The client came to us with a 60% completed website for a curated, online marketplace. They needed help automating their business: a manual vendor intake process, streamlined online supplier representation, incorporated automatic taxation, shipping management, and payment processing. By identifying the right tools to integrate, Oplidrome has helped them keep costs manageable. Further, Oplidrome has helped create an affordable internal IT team, vetting and training their new staff in learning how to maintain the system. We work together regularly to ensure the project continues to run smoothly. We’re already blueprinting their next steps as the company grows in scope.

Building a B2C lead generation tool by coaching a young coding team through a complicated system build

From initial architecture and framework consulting to supporting implementation teams through development phases, Oplidrome worked with this client to move a business idea from strategy to web-based implementation. Later, they returned for additional design calibration and coaching for their development team. We are shepherding this project through its milestones and are helping the team maintain momentum, serving as technical team lead and programming directly where more efficient.

Building and maintaining a B2C self-managed site that integrates with larger systems

This client deals in ecommerce (through a national, integrated, third-party service), video hosting, and has a constantly changing site. They were going through a total brand overhaul and rebuilt their website from scratch. Oplidrome collaborated to identify what type of site would be most affordable and still give them the functionality they need to do business. With a sophisticated clientele, look and feel was critical. They also needed to be able to manage it internally, with no IT team or support. The site went live in 2019, and is still a great fit for the client. As their internal team has changed, we’ve onboarded new employees, who are successfully maintaining the site independently. We do the significant adjustments needed accommodate changing business needs and consult as needed.

Make it stand out.
